Stir fry made for an amazing dinner. Also a little bit of roasted red pepper hummus for a side dish!
Stir fry includes Green Beans, green pepper, onions, squash, broccoli, garlic, and soy meat.
Then topped with just a bottle of grocery store stir fry sauce.
Hummus was one can of chick peas, two table spoons of tahini, half a red pepper cooked, some lemon, and some garlic. Blended all together until creamy!
