Little Lasagnas

Using a package of wontons, tomato based pasta sauce (with and/or without ground beef), ricotta cheese and mozzarella, my friend Jacob and I made lasagna the easy way--in muffin pans. So spray the muffin pans and then layer as follows--wonton, ricotta, sauce, wonton, sauce, ricotta, mozzarella. Next time, I'd prefer to mix mozzarella, ricotta, and parmesan, and then use that throughout the layering process, and then topping it with plain mozzarella. However, this one is still delicious. Cook them at 375 for 10-15 minutes and bam--lasagna. For around 8 bucks we fed four people and still had leftovers. Cheap and delicious meal or potluck option--yes, please.
