That's a lot of food for 30 bucks, not to mention tons of really good leftovers. I served the rest of the salad with fried tilapia the next night. yum! Going out to eat is way pricier, and this way you know you're getting a bang for your buck. It's REALLY easy if you have someone to do all the cutting. Thanks Ali!
Use as many or as little of the salad ingredients or add some different ones. But one thing you must do: enjoy.
