Oh I have leftover chicken from the quesadillas? That's perfect! Use it to make anything. This time it's chicken spaghetti though. I added chopped spinach to the chicken and sauce and let those three cook together while making the noodles, asparagus and garlic bread. The asparagus is made as usual--garlic, onion, olive oil, salt and pepper, then sauteed till cooked but crunchy. The garlic bread is italian and covered in butter and some garlic salt. In the last picture. You can see I topped it with parmesan too. That really took it to another level.
