After cutting up almost a whole head of cabbage I tossed in some onion and red peppers. Then two crushed bags of ramen.
The dressing is rice wine vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, olive oil, and the two broth packets from the ramen. I can't provide measurements because I didn't take any, but just add dashes of everything to the rice wine vinegar and the broth packets. Stir it all together and then pour over the salad.
Makes for a colorful side dish, and a healthier way to get your ramen fix.
