Kathleen and I got together to cook a meal. We settled on stuffed shells and spinach salad on top of french bread toast.
Drizzle some olive oil over the bread and put in the over for a couple minutes.
Chop up veggies, we used cucumber and tomato.
Top the toast with veggies and spinach and whatever dressing you like! We used balsamic dressing.
The shells were filled with lots of cheese, onions, garlic, fresh spinach, and some had chicken in them. We precooked the shells and then placed them, after being stuffed, in the over for about 15 minutes to let the cheese melt.
It was a delicious meal! I couldn't stop eating.
Total cost was about 30 dollars and that fed 4 people, with leftovers.
